With decades of experience, Steve Twiselton and Rick Mathieson are focused in the design and integration of analog and digital satellite systems including system design, equipment procurement, installation, maintenance and repair.

Steve and Rick provide expertise in C & Ku Band satellite, RF distribution, STL / TSL, transmitter design, tube and solid state electronics, automation systems, and installation and repair of satellite, TV, and radio antennas. They are FCC certified for site surveys and frequency measurement analysis, and can administer FCC paper filings.

The photo shows Jim WØIRE and Steve at the far end of a Channel 41 analog (NTSC) television transmitter.

A power amplifier runs 25 Kilovolts with 5.8 Amperes DC current.  That is 145 Kilowatts input on each of the two power amplifiers.  Total DC input power is 290 Kilowatts.  Combined transmitter output power is 150 KW.  Effective radiated power is 2.75 megawatts.
