A Technical Support consultant will respond to the customer who reported the problem by phone or e-mail within 24 hours, except for problems that are reported on weekends and holidays. SAS provides email or telephone support (during business hours) for usage assistance, problem diagnosis and resolution, clarification of documentation, and technical guidance.

Covers software bug fixes and minor releases along with advanced replacement of hardware.
